Responsibilities
- Assess patients' medical history and physical condition to determine suitability for anesthesia
- Create and implement individualized anesthesia plans tailored to patients' needs
- Administer anesthesia to patients during surgeries, procedures, and tests
- Monitor patients' vital signs, airway, and anesthesia depth during procedures
- Manage patients' pain and provide post-operative care
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and practices in anesthesiology
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Anesthesiologist
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Proven experience in providing anesthesia for various surgical and medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, equipment, and medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
